Lodging & Travel

In light of the current financial crisis, many travel budgets have been cut or eliminated altogether. However, the Community Service Director's Retreat is offered at no charge and includes meals. Some complimentary lodging scholarships are also available if you live more than 50 miles away from the venue.

*If you are using a lodging scholarship as identified through the registration process, you do NOT need to make a hotel reservation, as you will be a part of the FL|CC master account and your room will be automatically assigned.

If you are within 50 miles of the venue but would like lodging, we have arranged a Special Conference Room Rate: $89 Deluxe Room plus applicable fees and taxes at the Radisson Hotel Orland-UCF (see group code below). This special rate is also offered 3 days before and after the conference dates based on availability. Hotel reservations must be made by October 1, 2011. Be sure to make your reservations early before the conference room block sells out. Hotel room cancellation policy: Cancellation of individual reservations within 1 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of deposit or first nights room and tax.
