7th International Research Conference on Service-Learning and Community Engagement

Registration in 3 easy steps:

  • STEP 2: Download, print and complete the Payment Form — send Payment Form with credit card information by fax, mail or phone as follows...
    NOTE: Before submitting, please double check your completed payment form to be sure credit card information is accurate and legible.

    For your protection, we are unable to offer secure credit card transactions on-line.

  • STEP 3: Watch for one or more e-mails confirming timely receipt of your Payment Form and your Registration Form. Also, you will be notified via e-mail, in the unlikely event that there is a problem processing your payment. If you do not receive confirmation of your registration and payment within 2-5 business days, please send an e-mail inquiry to irsl@floridacompact.org.

FULL CONFERENCE: Registration for the 2007 FULL Conference includes tickets to: the Saturday evening Poster Session & Reception (including entry to the Florida Aquarium exhibits); all scheduled meals and plenary sessions; all concurrent sessions and refreshment breaks; all conference materials; one copy of the publication entitled Advances in Service-Learning Research, Vol.7; and, (for this year only...) one complimentary annual membership in the International Association for Research in Service-Learning and Community Engagement (IARSLCE). Please note: registration must be paid by September 1, 2024 in order to vote in the association's fall elections.

GRADUATE STUDENT DISCOUNT: It is our intent to offer discounted rates to full-time students enrolled in academic programs of study, in recognition of their economic circumstances as full-time students. In order to be eligible for this discount, please indicate the name and institution of your degree program on the registration form and be sure to check the box to certify that you are a full-time student in a degree-granting program, seeking a discounted registration fee that will better enable you to attend this conference. Please enclose documentation as proof of student status with your payment form, and again when checking in at the conference registration desk. The discounted student rates include the same benefits as non-students who pay for the FULL conference, as described above.

TWO DAY RATE: A special Two-Day rate is available for Monday and Tuesday ONLY. It includes all meals and refreshment breaks scheduled during that time, but does not include a book or association membership (both of which can be purchased separately).

GUEST MEALS: Additional meal tickets may be purchased for adult guests of conference attendees:

  • Opening Reception at the Florida Aquarium $60
  • Sunday Lunch $50
  • Sunday Dinner $75
  • Monday Lunch $50

PRE-CONFERENCE: Pre-Conference workshops on Saturday will be offered on a space available basis. 1/2 day sessions are $50. Full-day workshops are $100 with lunch included.

CONFIRMATION: Timely submission of registration and payment forms will be confirmed via e-mail. Registration is not complete until payment has been fully collected.

CANCELLATIONS: If requested by August 10th, refunds are available, less a $50 processing fee. There will be NO REFUNDS after August 10, 2007. Conference registrations are transferable to another person, but please submit any changes as soon as possible to ensure a smooth transition of payment and registration records.
